Hi,

Does someone has the experience on IRF curve which (1) does not begin from zero or baseline, and seems to have 1TR forward, or (2) the curve begins right from time zero (no delay), and has the relative long tails.

We did 3dTshift in preprocessing. In 3dDeconconvolve, the time lag is 6 with TR 2.5s. We checked the timing issues in presentation, but did not find some problems. I don't know what are the probable reasons for them, and how to deal with them.

Any help would be appreciated.
