AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Hi again,

When running 3dSurf2Vol or 3dVol2Surf on RedHat Enterprise workstation version 3 I get the following screen output and error:

Notice SUMA_CreateOverlayPointer:
SUMA color maps not set up.

** bad surf data 1D file 'lh.sm4.del1.pmf.glt.anova2.index.1D'

However, the same command line on RedHat 8.0 works and gives the same output minus the "** bad surf data 1D file 'lh.sm4.del1.pmf.glt.anova2.index.1D'"

Any clues as to why this might be?
