We are trying to use the 3dSurf2Vol command and have run across a problem.
The label files we are using in the tkmedit viewing tool contain zeros in the first column (the node index column). For example, the first line reads as follows (viewed through MORE).

0 53.000 -31.000 49.000 0.000000

The first column (the node index column) is zeros.

How can we convert this into an AFNI ROI dataset?
