We were formerly asking about thick files, but now we have switched back to the original thin label files for the white matter gray matter interface. We are now trying to create thick files in SUMA by using 3dSurf2Vol.
We are running
3dSurf2Vol \
-spec {$subject}SUM_{$rl}.spec \
-sv {$subject}SUM_SurfVol_Alnd_Exp+orig \
-surf_A wm \
-surf_B pial \
-sdata_1D {$rl}.{$area}.1D \
-data_expr '(sin(a)+sin(b)+sin(c))/3' \
-f_steps 15 \
-grid_parent {$subject}SUM_SurfVol_Alnd_Exp+orig \
-map_func ave \
-prefix {$rl}.{$area}+orig
When we view the output in AFNI we do not see anything.
By the way, here are the first lines of the input 1D file.
36799 1 0 0
36813 1 0 0
37997 1 0 0
37998 1 0 0
37999 1 0 0
38000 1 0 0
38004 1 0 0
38005 1 0 0
38006 1 0 0
38007 1 0 0
38008 1 0 0
38013 1 0 0
Thanks again for your help! and Happy 4th!
