Folks:

How to perform a rotation (translation etc) and at the same time resample to new matrix grid, thereby avoiding multiple resamplings.

AFNI viewer does this when, for example, saving acpc version of BRIK, using the grid you specify in the Define Datamode window.

But we need to do this from a script when applying a transform specified by matrix.

So, I was expecting 3drotate to have this functionality, but it doesn't seem to.

Am I missing something here... is there some other program that does this (and obviously we want to avoid applying 3drotate and then 3dresample).
