Hi, I am just learning afni and am curious how to do coregistration to match functionals with anatomical datasets. Right now I am using mricro to convert GE *MR format into analyze format, but I can't overlay the functional images directly onto the analyze format. To get around this problem I have to use to3d to convert the analyze format to afni format and then the functionals overlay properly. Preferably, I would either like to coregister the analyze functional images to the anatomical images or I would like to convert directly from GE anatomical format to afni. Either way, it would probably be good to learn how to coregister as well. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
