Hi Guiseppe,

Did you delete the tree and re-compile? I worry that 'make clean'
may not be removing something already built. Also, there was a
small change that Bob just made for compiling 3dDeconvolve under
cygwin. So you may want to get a new copy of afni_src.tgz.

If you are getting a different error, feel free to post it.
