AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Lukas,

The new options -pad_to_node and -pad_label, now added to the program ROI2dataset, should do the trick.
To obtain full node listings, use -pad_node MAX_INDEX where MAX_INDEX is the index of the last node in your surface model ( = Number of nodes in the mesh - 1 ).
To find out the number of nodes forming the surface's mesh, open it in SUMA, then open the surface controller with 'ctrl+s'. There you'll find the number of nodes in the top left block. MAX_INDEX is that number - 1 .

linux_gcc32 binaries are ready by now, other binaries will be updated sometime soon.

cheers,
-ziad
