Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi Jerry,

Did you actually download the HowTo 01 data? Once you do that,
there is information in the 'background: running the script'
section of that HowTo.

So to run the script, once you've downloaded it and are in the
HowTo directory, run it with the command ./@ARzs_analyze (as is
mentioned in the background file).

The AFNI and Unix help for that HowTo (under 'main help pages')
are very detailed instructions/explanations of the steps.

For additional reading, consider the class notes from the course
offered earlier this summer. The first 4 classes should give a
solid introduction to AFNI. See the link:
