Hi Ziad and Bob and whoever else might answer this question!

I'm trying to run this script and keep getting an error message that afni cannot open /raid3/fmri/param/alc/ta102401/Nantfbkmat+tlrc'[0]' .

I'm not sure what's going on since I made the tlrc file at the same time as everyone else's data and can even open it manually in afni. Also, I don't think it's a memory problem since I remade the script with ta at the end of the subject list and still have the same problem (only with ta). The file also seems to be about the same size as all of the other ones...

Any ideas of what might be going on?

I should have ta's data along with someone else's that afni has no problems with posted hopefully sometime today.
