AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Rick,

The problem seems to be that afni thinks these subjects only have briks from 0-67 in the zregression bucket datasets. However, opening them in afni (as also confirmed by 3dinfo) indicates that each has buckets numbered from 0 -69! So I get this output:

Program 3dmerge
Last revision: 02 Nov 2001

3dmerge: edit and combine 3D datasets, by RW Cox
** ERROR: sub-brick index 69 is out of range 0..67

before I stopped it.

What gives? Could I upload one of these bucket datasets to afni site for examination?
