AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I'm using 3dDeconvolve to perform a deconvlolution analysis. I have 7 conditions, and a single 1D file with 7 columns. If I want to re-run the analysis and collapse across conditions, can I just do something like this: "-stim_file 1 {$subj}_overt_3dd.1D'[0,5]' "? Or will I need to make another 1D file that has a single column for this condition? I've tried doing it with the original 1D file (i.e., the lazy way), and it appears to have worked, but I'm concerned about the fact that there are is a 0 in one column and a 1 in the other for the time points that comprise this new collapsed condition. Will the 1 always supersede the 0?
