AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Gang,

Thanks a lot for clearing some doubts about 'Waver'. But I am very eager to know how 'Waver' scales the amplitude of the convolved response if the stimulus is 'on' for only somepart of TR.

Something like this:

waver -dt 1.0 -GAM -tstim 0.4:0.5

So after downsampling the convovled output at Virtual TR level (dt = 0.1) to the specified TR level, does it scale the output in any linear fashion to takecare of the stimulus 'on' duration (in the above case which is only 100 msec, 1/10th of TR).

Thanks,
Srikanth.
