AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I have ROIs that were drawn in acpc space (by writing an acpc BRIK for each subject's anatomical image and then using Dataset Copy to make it all zeros and drawing on that). I would now like to put these ROIs into tlrc space, but when I use adwarp, the correct transformation doesn't seem to be made. My ROIs end up displaced by many millimeters.

Someone advised that I use the command '3drefit -markers -nowarp -view orig *+acpc' for both the anatomical and the ROI, re-do all the markers, and write out the new BRIK for both. Is there an easier way? If not, is there at least a way to make sure that I am using the exact same markers that I did when I originally defined them?

Thanks for your advice,

Lisa
