Hi Lisa,
I did not reply to your message before because I did not fully understand your question. In fact I am still confused with what you mean by "Time 1" and "Time 2". They sound like two tasks or stimuli, but is it the case?
Anyway, let me try to understand the situation. You are trying to get the correlation coefficient for each voxel between the two regression coefficients across those 9 subjects, right?
If so, maybe you can try something like this:
Run 3dTcat to concatenate those 9 subbriks for the 1st coefficient, and do the same for the 2nd coefficient. Then run 3dTcorrelate on these two newly created datasets. Let me know if this would work.
On a related issue, we've also been thinking of trying to calculate the intraclass correlation between the datasets. This requires knowing the Mean Square Within and Mean Square Between from the repeated measures ANOVA. Are these calculated as part of the 3dANOVA programs, and if so, is it possible to have an option to save them in a BRIK file?
Are you talking about running 1-way ANOVA on those two coefficients for those 9 subjects?
