AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Ok... maybe I'll make more sense here. :)

Is there a way to do a "Flood -> Different or Zero" in Dataset Draw?

I'm manually painting anatomical ROIs in the MTL, and, well, this machine didn't have Left-on-Left set. So all my ROIs are flipped. And no, I don't think I can just left-right flip the ROI set. ;)

Since all the structures are buttressed up against each other, whenever I do a Flood to Nonzero on one ROI, it will flood across to the next ROI and overwrite the adjacent ROIs with the new value.

I'd like to be able to Flood fill the value that I click on and stop at the boundaries of zero, OR any other value than the one filling with... so, sort of, Zero/Nonvalue.

I tried to do this with 3dCalc, but short of a conditional statement, I couldn't figure out a way.

Thanks,

-jon
