Hi,
I'm correcting my DTI images for motion artifacts and Eddy current distortions. 3dVolReg has done a great job for shift and rotation. Unfortunately with Eddy current distortion images also get stretched. Is there any way to not just correct for shift and rotation, but also for stretching of the images?
