AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I don't know what is going on, I assume you have to most current version.
When I run this on the data you gave me:

SurfClust -spec lh_sm.spec -surf_A lh_std.smoothwm.asc -input ANOVA_lh_All.1D 7 -rmm 10 -update 10 -thresh_col 7 -thresh 2.0 -amm2 5

I get the following result:
#Col. 0 = Rank
#Col. 1 = Number of nodes
#Col. 2 = Total area (units^2)
#Col. 3 = Mean value
#Col. 4 = Mean absolute value
#Col. 5 = Central node
#Col. 6 = Weighted central node
#Col. 7 = Minimum value
#Col. 8 = Minimum node
#Col. 9 = Maximum value
#Col. 10 = Maximum node
#Col. 11 = Variance
#Col. 12 = Standard error of the mean
#Command history:
#SurfClust : SurfClust -spec lh_sm.spec -surf_A lh_std.smoothwm.asc -input ANOVA_lh_All.1D 7 -rmm 10 -update 10 -thresh_col 7 -thresh 2.0 -amm2 5

The program should not be crashing no matter what you do but please make sure you are running the current version. If you are still having problems, create an archive with the exact data you are using and send it over.

cheers,
