Using 3dIntracranial to extract intensity ranges for GM and WM. Linux output differs from Mac output over the same dataset. The Linux output appears to match the histogram, while the Mac output is off the map. However, histograms of segmented brains appear to match between computer systems.

Can someone else verify/reproduce this problem and/or try to fix it, other suggestions are welcome.
