Hello AFNIers,

I have created a mask that is thresholded based on a correlation cuttoff. I would now like to create map based on the mean of the raw signal in only these remaining voxels.

3dmaskave -mask threshold+orig -q raw+orig > mean_oner_ALL_voxels.1D

However, this gives the mean over ALL voxels, where I woud like to compute individual means.

I was thinking of using 3dcalc with an ASCII file listing all the voxels I wish to work with, but havn't seen any documentation about this. Any thoughts?
