AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,
I have a functional datatset (results from statistical analysis) in a typical 64x64 resolution and I want to overlay it on an anatomical image (mni standard brain from fsl). The images are both an analyze format, and they are in the same space.

It seems that when I overlay a lower resolution imago onto a higher resolution image, that the overlayed image gets resampled to fit the finer grid of the underlay image. Is it possible to display both images in their original resolutions? The reason is that, when it comes to statistical results, I want to display them as they are, not changed by resampling...

Thanks

Zrinka
