Hi everyone,

I think I have a somewhat silly question, but nonetheless a bit frustrating.

I am trying to write out the output of 3dclust to a bucket dataset that contains only the clusters of the radius and connectivity I've specified. Here's my command:

3dclust -prefix 5mmClustP005 -1noneg -1thresh 2.82 -dxyz=1 1.01 5 'antoutreg_rvn+orig.[7]'

Can anyone see a reason why this won't write out a new dataset? It prints a report to the screen containing coordinates and peak intensity values for the clusters it found, yet there is no dataset after the program has completed...
