One question though:
Why isn't it possible to use a threshold BRIK for that?
If I let's say have a directional DTI map as RGB and want to threshold it by FA in the viewer (with the Anatomy underlayed), is there a particular reason, why the THR data is ignored?
I understand that one could not use a RGB set as threshold dataset, but when having a separate subbrick with just a scalar value for THR is that something that could be done?
