Hi.

I just want to double check with you if the p value displayed for a statistical map is uncorrected and if we want to have a map for p corrected , alphasim is the solution


HOwever, the boferroni correction suggested by alphasim seems to be very severe and almost all activations in the statistical map are gone.


I wonder if there is another alternative to get a map for p corrected.

Is it possible to implement RFT for thresholding for a 3D volume using afni commands ?
