AFNI DTIers,
I am finding empty, zero-value voxels in my FA maps that are processed in
AFNI. The input images do not have this problem, so I am wondering if there
is a threshold set within 3dDTeig that would cause this. Is there a no
threshold flag for the command line that could be used to test this?
