AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I'm attempting to run an ANOVA and have received an "axes mismatch" warning.

I've found one post from someone else with the problem dating back to 2001.

This was the reply from Bob -

---------
This error message happens when the second (or later) dataset does not have the
same size brick as the first dataset. The number of points along each axis must
match, or you get "Axes mismatch" and the program ends. You can use program
3dinfo to find out the size of each dataset.
---------

This indeed seems to be my problem - the BRIKs that are being input into my ANOVA are 17.7MB for some Ss and 16.5MB for other Ss. However, they were all the same size until they were Talairached (immediately before I've entered them into the ANOVA).

Any clues as to why this has happened and where to begin in remedying this problem?

Thanks.
