AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Hi Jeremy, Hi Phil,

I just added plugin options of 'Sphere Values' (to set all
values to 1, or from 1 to N, or from N to 1) and 'Dicom Coords'
(to output coordinates in either Dicom orientation or to use
the orientation of the dataset). The plugin Help has been
updated for this.

There is no command line version yet, since it will take
more time than I can justify at the moment. But it is still
on "the list"... :)

The plugin update will be available with the next release
of AFNI (that has a timestamp later than now).
