Hi Tim,

Setting the TLRC markers is basically like setting the ACPC markers.
You should be in the ACPC view, open the "Define Markers" panel,
select "Allow edits", and then set your markers. Is there a step in this
process that is not working? Are you doing this with an anatomical
dataset?

Tranformed dataset, please see:
