Hi Jennine,
Right now, 3dROIstats cannot process floating point mask datasets,
which are the result of using 1D files as the input mask.
Separate from that, you must have some problem with your
command line to get a 'No match' error. If you post the command
that you are trying, we could resolve that. But still, I do not think
that 3dROIstats will currently work.
Maybe I can add an option like '-1D_mask_as_shorts', though
that is really not a good solution.
The basic difficulty is even though a 1D file may be integral, the
reading functions have no idea about it until after the data is read
in (since there is no .HEAD file, for instance, which would specify
the type). So they are just assumed to be float, which simplifies
reading tremendously, but then other program must be able to
deal with the floats.
