AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Jennine,

You can verify your redhat version by the command:

cat /etc/redhat-release

In any case, you would have to upgrade your glibc library
to use the linux_gcc32 binaries. You might instead try to
compile afni yourself. HowTo #0 has instructions for that,
and in fact uses linux_glibc22 as the example, so you
might be able to follow the instructions exactly (assuming
that you eventually move the binaries to your home abin
directory).

There are 6 commands that you might be able to simply
cut-and-paste into your terminal window.

See HowTo #0: compiling at:

Let me know if you have any questions about this.
