Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

OK, I tried a few things using 3dcopy, but it chokes. Looking at the docs for 3dcopy, it looks as if I should use the following

Usage 3: 3dcopy old_dataset new_prefix
Will copy the non-AFNI formatted dataset (e.g., MINC, ANALYZE, CTF)
to the AFNI formatted dataset with the given new prefix.

so..I did the following:
3dcopy Ch.3D newCh

(where Ch.3D is the file output from 3dAFNIto3d) and got the following error:

Fatal Signal 10 (SIGBUS) received
THD_open_3D
3dcopy
Bottom of Debug Stack
*** Program Abort ***

I tried switching the order of the files, but that didn't work. Thanks, M Bradley
