Intervals were not jittered. I'm just looking for a convenient way to plot the average signal change associated with each condition. Would I need to use 3dcalc to compute this in the raw (or intensity normalized) dataset, specifying the subbricks associated with each block type and fixation baseline? I was hoping there might be an easier way to do this. Ideally, I'd like to end up with a dataset associated with each condition that spans onset of the first stimulus for that block type through the return to baseline following the offset of the block. In the past, I've only computed activation maps with blocked designs, and now I want to be able to something analogous to what I'm doing with IRFs with event-related designs (e.g., group ROI analyses of degree of signal change).

Thanks for any help.
