Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi Brian,

If you want them in different colors, does that mean you would
like, say, +1 for the positive mask value and -1 for the negative
one? If so, then adjust your '-expr()' to:

-expr 'step(a-4.76)-step(-a-4.76)'

This is 1 where a > 4.76, -1 where a < -4.76, and 0 otherwise.

If you don't like -1, replace the '-step' with '+(VALUE)*step'
in the latter part of the expression, where VALUE is whatever
number you want.
