AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Dear,

I am a beginner in AFNI.

Today, I do 3dreg to correct movement artifact in my data.
After it, I look the data and find 'new movement and peak' on superior edge areas, which are not observed in original data.

I repeat it but the results are same.
I think these new peaks seem to be within acceptable range movement.

My questions are
1. Is there any way to solvee this problem?
2. Could I include this data into my group map?
-I think I should not include this data into my group map.
3. If there is no way to solve it, can I include original data NOT registered
data into my group map?

Thanks in advance,

Sukkyoon
