AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello. I am attempting to include a 3drotate command in a script that will apply previously determined rotations and nudgings to new datasets, using this command:

3drotate -prefix test-rotate -ashift 0 2L 0 -rotate 0 0 0 -noclip test-reg+orig

For cases when there are no rotations to apply, I get the following error message, and the command does not run:

*** Why are all the angles after -rotate equal to 0?

I would like to be able to include cases that need shifts but no rotations in the script. Is there another program or option that can accomodate cases that require rotation and/OR shifting (nudging)?

Thank you,
Susan
