Hello,

is there a way to set a cluster threshold within 3dcalc so that significance and cluster thresholding can be done in a single step. For example, I am computing a significance thresholded map using the following:
3dcalc -a 'anova+tlrc[11]' -expr '(a)*step(a-4.76)+(a)*step(-a-4.76)' -prefix mask_00001

Can a cluster threshold be added to the command or would one need to implement that on the mask resulting from the 3dcalc command above using 3dcust?
