Hi, all

We have a design which is a bit troublesome in editing the 1d file for analysis.

It's a block design and the TR is 3.6s. For each block, condition A is presented for 4320ms followed by 180ms fixation, this repeats four times, which means a block lasts for 18000 ms in total, corresponding to 5 TRs.

As the duration of stimulus is not the multiple of TR, I wish to use -stim_nptr option. This is my first time that I use -stim_nptr option, so here I post my settings and the arrangment of 1d for one block. Please have a look at this 1d and let me know whether they are applicable to my design.

-stim_nptr 1 4

1d for one block, 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 (20)

Anyone can tell me whether this is applicable to my design?
