Well I was trying
>3dcopy highres+tlrc.brik struct_tal.nii
** FATAL ERROR: Output dataset ./highres+tlrc.HEAD already exists! - EXIT
but just now I dropped the .brik and I got
>3dcopy highres+tlrc struct_tal.nii
** FATAL ERROR: You can't use 3dcopy to create a .nii file!
* Use program 3dAFNItoNIFTI for that purpose.
A very informative fatal error. So I tried
>3dAFNItoNIFTI highres+tlrc struct_tal.nii
because who has time for the documentation. It actually created highres.nii ignoring my struct_tal rename attempt. That's okay though. I am back in nifti. I will see what FSL tools make of it. Thanks.
