I created a brain surface using:
3dSkullStrip -input anat01+orig -o_ply anat_brain
I then opened AFNI with:
afni -niml -yesplugouts &
and SUMA with:
suma -i_ply anat_brain.ply -sv anat01+orig
The surface shows up fine in SUMA and it talks to AFNI. It matches the AFNI volume and when overlaying functional datasets those also show up fine in SUMA.
When drawing a ROI onto the surface in SUMA, there was an error message in AFNI:
Node_ROI input doesn't set 'MeshParent_idcode'!
What does that mean, and what do I need to do to fix it?
Thanks,
Wolfgang
