AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I am having trouble opening time series files in the deconvolution plugin. I've overlayed the deconvolution bucket dataset on my functional dataset, opened the plugin window, but when I click the [Timeseries] button, nothing happens. I'm not able to specify a timeseries .1D file, so of course I'm unable to run the plugin. I've verified that there is a timeseries file in my working directory.

None of the [Timeseries] buttons work, be they on the Concat, Censor, or StimFnc rows.

I'm new to AFNI, and I've just been following the example in section 2.3 of 3dDeconvolve.pdf, substituting my own functional and bucket datasets.

Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

thanks in advance,
George
