AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi again,

It looks like I had some old test version of Imon on my computer from 2002! That explains why I couldn't find the GERT_Reco2 option in the help menu. Whitney, I recommend you give Imon a try because not only does it organize your EPI runs and form AFNI brik files for you, it also scans your images, looking for potential "problems", such as missing I-files, duplicated I-files, or out of sequence I-files.

The nice thing about Imon is that it can also be run in real time (i.e., during acquisition of the images), so if you do run into any of these problems, Imon will inform you and you can stop the run and restart it.

Try the command Rick gave in his reply to this thread.

Good luck,
Peggy
