AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

AFNI gods,

I'm using 3dmaskave to get IRF averages from several, previously defined, small ROIs. With the -mrange option I can average data from any number of ROIs together as long as they are sequentially numbered (i.e.-mrange 2 6 gives average of ROIs 2,3,4,5,6). However, I have the need to average data from non-sequentially numbered ROIs (i.e. ROIs 2,5,6,9,10). Is there a way currently to do this without having to relabel the ROI values each time I want to average a new set?

Thanks,
Adam
