I just want to understand the issues a bit better, because this seems like the AFNI volume-land equivalent of the problem we have with our PALS atlas (i.e., the proliferation of different spaces or same-space-different-reg-method-but-different-enough-to-have-its-own-version problem).
It's not like someone would draw the ROIs all over gain in the new space, but rather, e.g., use some linear volume registration to warp the TTatlas data to the new (bigger) grid.
Doesn't the Where Am I just use the ROI labels in the TTatlas volume?
