AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I'm creating two stimulus timing files-- one for Stimulus Type 1 and another for Stimulus Type 2-- based on the logfiles created by Presentation. My question is, where should I start? If I lopped off the first 2 timepoints when I vol-regged and I used a TR of 2000ms, should T0 be 4 seconds into each run?
I am working in Excel, and my plan is to take the times at which Presentation logged a stimulus onset and add 4 seconds to that number, for each of my 8 runs. Then I'll combine the times for each run into one cumulative time series for all 8 runs. Is there a better way? Any comments/suggestions on the best way to determine the times to submit to waver are much appreciated.
