Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Hi,

I've been trying to use the updater script to update afni, but I can't seem to download from the ftp site. I've tried using the new script by Alex Clark but after I'm told Passive mode is off the script hangs until I get the error message:

** Fatal Error: Could not fetch file linux_gcc32.tgz

Also, if I try and ftp to the site manually I can change directories but if I try to list what's there I'm told the operation couldn't be completed. I can however go to the afni website and download the tgz files from there. Is there any reason why I wouldn't be able to contact the ftp site? Thank you very much.
