Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. First, I hope input file stimulus.1D was coded in terms of dt (2.0 sec), not your TR (1.5 sec), otherwise things would be messed up.

Since you only used 190 dt's from the output of waver, that means 380 seconds of scanning time, which seems to be not an integer of TR (1.5). Inconsistency somewere?
