I have a structural in Talaraich space now which was talaraiched using the N27 template. I want to use the TTatlas dataset which I understand is 161*191*141 as compared to the 161*191*151 volume I now have. I was thinking of using 3dresample or 3dfractionize but I am not too sure of how distorted it could get.
Any suggestions on how to do this.
