hi,
i'd like to just doublecheck that i understand the -stim_times option to 3dDeconvolve correctly.
we have been doing deconvolution by creating 0 1 ... type canonicals, and i'd like to take advantage of being able to specify the canonicals by listing the onset time of interested events.
so this is how we usually do the deconvolution:
-----
3dDeconvolve -input $inputFile \
-nfirst 4 \
-bucket $bucketFile \
-polort 3 \
-fitts $fittsFile \
-rmsmin 1.0 -fdisp 1000 \
-concat concat.1d \
-fout -rout \
-num_stimts 1 \
-stim_file 1 stim.1d -stim_label 1 stim1 \
-stim_minlag 1 0 \
-stim_maxlag 1 7 \
-iresp 1 sub.irf.H \
-------
am i correct in using the tent function as the rtype?
--------
3dDeconvolve -input $inputFile \
-nfirst 4 \
-bucket $bucketFile \
-polort 3 \
-fitts $fittsFile \
-rmsmin 1.0 -fdisp 1000 \
-concat concat.1d \
-fout -rout \
-num_stimts 1 \
-stim_times 1 stim.1d TENT(-2,14,8) \
-stim_label 1 stim1 \
-iresp 1 sub.irf.H \
-------
thanks very much in advance!!
