Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hello!

Thanks for the info about the program. Is the distance along the mesh measured in mm? Also, I could only get the program to work if the node list was in niml format- the error when I used a .1D.dset file was:

Error ROIgrow (SUMA_ROIgrow.c:263):
More than one column in node index input file.

I tried deleting the second column or entering in a file that just had the node index, but then I got:

Error ROIgrow (SUMA_ROIgrow.c:259):
Failed to read 1D file of node indices

When I did use the niml dataset, I only had one node chosen, but I ended up with two "grown" rois- I think maybe it also grew around node index 1.
