AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Ikuko,

Since you specify running 3dDeconvolve after running waver,
do you mean something akin to the -iresp output that comes
from the lags?

If so, that will always be the exact curve that you input to
waver (GAM?), with a height equal to the beta coefficient
for that regressor, sampled at the TRs that you specified
with waver, and of length equal to the time it takes for die
out (TRs 0-12, say, if your TR is 1 second).

Note that such a curve is generally not of interest, since it
is an assumption of your model, not a result of deconvolution.

Is this what you are looking for?
